TRADITION AND

INNOVATION

This innovative start-up has its roots in the ancient history of the world of catering and agri-food excellence, of a tenacious Umbrian family. A love for taste and challenges handed down from generation to generation, up to the latest passion developed by the youngest of the house, Gessica, for chocolate and its many properties.

Thus was born the chocolate shop that bears our surname, Laloni.

SUSTAINABILITY

Our black packaging have a green soul:

they are 100% recyclable in paper and plastic free.

This chocolate supports cocoa horizons.

Our chocolate is attentive to dignity
of work and of the person.

For each sack of beans we reinvest a part of the price in the training of farmers.

In this way, cocoa farmers have a chance

to improve their skills and living conditions.

QUALITY CACAO FROM AROUND THE GLOBE

The recipes have been conceived according to the principles of

"Clean label" that is using the least possible number of ingredients, without the use of flavorings, dyes and preservatives.

The “characterizing” ingredients of each praline are typical of Italian food production and of the best quality as a geographical origin.
