OUR CHOCOLATE
The chocolate we use is of exclusive origin
from Ecuador (single origin); in this country, considered
the cradle of the aromatic cocoa of Latin America is growing
the best quality cocoa. In addition, the growers of
this nation invest heavily in the innovation of
production and processing chain (cultivation,
fermentation and drying) to obtain broad beans
of cocoa of the highest quality.
The variety
The Nacional-Ariba variety is defined as “cacao fino de
aroma ”for the aromatic virtues expressed and, moreover, it is known for the high presence of polyphenolic compounds.
This dark chocolate has a harmonious aroma,
intense and toasted notes, as well as a remarkable hint
fruity and acidulous. The flavor notes of
rum, whiskey and tobacco which give the overall balance.

14% Sagrantino Umbria wine
14% Sicilian Pistachio
35% Sicilian Almonds
