SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery is made approximately in 1/2 working days from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays. It is possible to make shipments throughout the national territory with the exception of Livigno - Trepalle, Campione d'Italia, San Marino and Vatican City. Delivery times vary according to the place of departure and arrival of the shipment. It is possible to check delivery times in the appropriate section of the website www.poste.it and / or through customer assistance.

Absent recipient: Upon the outcome of the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, due to the absence of the recipient, a notification will be sent to the recipient via text message / email (in the absence of the necessary contact details, the notice of non-delivery will be left with the same information). The customer will have the possibility to exercise, by 24.00, the release option by selecting the link provided in the notification.

In cases where the customer does not exercise the release option within the time indicated, the second delivery attempt will take place automatically on the working day following that of the first attempt.
